| Local Restaurants. |
| The restaurants range from the very expensive to the surprisingly inexpensive. The area boasts the most popular restaurant on Wilton road. There are many other restaurants nearby |
| Indian: |
| There are three Indian restaurants . One called The Jomuna (Tel. No. 020 7828 7509) is the best in food. The decor is OK. Others are The Spicy world and The paradise (All on Wilton road). |
| Chinese: |
There are two Chinese restaurants. One called Kym's and other is Chops sticks (Both on Wilton road) . Ken low's famous Chinese restaurant is on Ebury street (need a advance notice), also they have fast food cafe near by.
Italian: There are two good Italian restaurants on Wilton road called Gran Paradiso (Tel. No.020 7828 5818) and Le Palme D'jan (Tel. No. 020 7828 6908). On 115 Buckingham palace road there is Caffeitalia open 24 hours. One owner/chef has two very busy restaurant near by called Oliveta on 49 Elizabeth street (Tel. | Others: |
| On Wilton road and near corner there lost of different restaurants and cafe bar like (Cafe one, Greek, Turkish, English fish & chips and sandwich bar). |
| Local Pub |
The best 'pubs' are proud of their Victorian origin, such as:
the St. George's Tavern on the corner of Hugh street & Belgrave road (near Hotel). |
| The great Churches: |
Two great Victorian churches are within walking distance; Saint Barnabas on Pimlico Road (Ebury) 1847-1850) and Saint Gabriel's in Warwick Square. (1851-1853).
Westminster Cathedral is nearby in Victoria street as is Westminster Abbey at the end of Victoria Street. |
| Local shops & supermarkets: |
On the corner of Wilton Road and Warwick Way there is a small shopping parade. Some shops stay open until midnight and there is a supermarket - 'Tesco' - which is open until 10.00 p.m. There is a food and wine shop in Victoria Station which is open 24 hours a day. On Victoria Street there are a variety of shops which are open during office hours. But I recommend local supermarket on 42 Hugh street same road of Hotel, which open till 11.30 p.m.
Local Doctor/Clinic surgery is just round the corner on Eccleston street & Police station is next to Victoria coach station on Buckingham palace road.
