We offer three days service of change of bed linen.

The management is not responsible for the valuable left in the room.

The stays starts officially at 2pm on the day of arrival and finish at 10am on the day of departure. It is very important that the timetable for leaving is punctually respected in order that our cleaners can thoroughly clean the room for the following clients.

On arrival guests are issued with a key to the front door and room. The keys are security keys. In case you loose a key before your departure, we will have to charge you £22.50 for the replacement lock and set of keys.

When you enter the room late at night, remember that other guests are sleeping. Please ensure you do not distrurb others.

The reception desk closes at 11pm. If you are leaving before 8am, we would appreciate if you would kindly settle your bill the night before.

100% of the booking value is due if reservation is cancelled one week prior to arrival or in case no-show.
