Check in time is 2pm and check out is 10am. It is important that these times are respected in order that our chambermaids can thoroughly clean and prepare the rooms for the next guests

On arrival guests are given the keys to the room and the front door. These keys are security keys, and in case of loss, there will be a charge to the guest of £25 for replacement lock and keys

The management is not responsible for any valuables left in the room.

The whole hotel is non-smoking.

Please be considerate of the other guests and keep loud noise to a minimum, if you return after 10:00pm.

Please do not let in anyone else behind you when you enter, for security. They can ring the front bell and we will answer them.

The reception is open from 8am until 10pm, but we can be of assistance at all times (you can call from your room or there is a bell outside reception). In case you are departing before 8am, it would be appreciated if you could settle your bill the night before.

100% of the booking value is due if the reservation is cancelled within one week prior to arrival or in case you do not show.

There is a 5% surcharge if you pay by credit card.
